Handmade Christmas Glam

Holiday fashion 2011, bohemian bombshell, boho chic

DUE TO a TRAGICALLY limited Holiday dress selection on State street this year…We found ourselves completely dependent on handmade and last minute POP accessories …making our outfits not only unforgettable, but amazingly fun to wear!! (Not sure what else Kim Kardashian’s Shoedazzle 7-inch MaryJane Peeptoes would be appropriate for…but stay tuned…)

Handmade Chanel Ornaments…the perfect designer Christmas Ornament!! Clear Glass Ornaments from Michaels- ($4.99), any kind of acrylic paint ($1.99 a pop!) or paint markers (work the best for small details) I prefer the Teracotta paint pens from Michael’s.Easy to use, no mess, they dry instantly and create an awesome matte finish!-($7.99 at most craft stores) and Modge Podge finish to give them that awesome glazed antique style! (6.99 michaels)

WHO needs a Tree when you can make these fabulous wall ornaments in a snap, with things you ALREADY HAVE. I used standard photo hanging wire hung by two nails above my closet. In these photos I am displaying some of my handmade decopaged ornaments, and a beautiful christmas card I got from a freind this year. Strung up with hand painted clothes pins (any acrylic or paint pen will do!) to make them really stand out!

  1. Make gifts instead of buying them
  2. Have craft time with friends to make one of a kind christmas decorations instead of those disposable BORING ornaments that break before you can get them on the tree!
  3. Have PotLuck or Progressive Christmas dinners…Everyone contributes, and everyone has a good time!

I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays.. reseller web hosting | reseller web hosting |
